On Tuesday 02 July from 09:00 to 12:00, Mission Locale Picardie Maritime organised a significant event as part of the INTERREG Terremplo project, marking its launch with a first round table following a Living Lab approach. The event brought together eight professionals from various fields such as training, professional integration and support, representing organisations such as PROMéO, FORMAVENIR, INSTEP, APFE, GRETA, CAFPPA de la Baie de Somme, MEF de Laon and CIO. Two local companies, MUTUAL and CATHELAIN, and nine young people supported by Mission Locale Picardie Maritime also joined.
The agenda for the event included a presentation of the Terremplo project and its objectives, as well as an introduction to the partners involved, in particular the Ballymun Job Centre in Ireland, IFAMPE in Belgium, Le CUBE Consultant in France and Mission Locale Picardie Maritime itself. The aim of this first phase was to solicit feedback from the support, vocational integration and training structures, as well as from the young participants, on the initial results of the project. This feedback served as an introduction to three round tables focusing on crucial themes: strategies for integrating young people, developing young people's entrepreneurial spirit and innovative approaches to the digital and environmental transition.
The suggestions and discussions arising from these round tables were reported back to the plenary session, revealing some very promising prospects. The next meeting is scheduled to be held at the end of September, with the aim of co-constructing solutions that can be transferred to other European partners, in collaboration with partners in the fields of integration, support, training, local businesses and young people. Mission Locale Picardie Maritime is looking forward to welcoming the participants to these future meetings, which promises to be a key moment for the Terremplo project.”
