We, Le Cube consultants, are delighted to announce that the Terremplo Hub dedicated to young people in difficulty was successfully launched during our online meeting on 28 May 2024. This hub, at the heart of our Terremplo project, is designed to strengthen collaboration between regional players to improve the guidance and professional integration of vulnerable young people in Pays de la Loire.
At this meeting, we had the opportunity to present the initial results of our surveys conducted with our partner organisations.
Key points included:
- The diversity of young people's statuses (schoolchildren, apprentices, jobseekers, etc.) and their main issues.
- The importance of strong partnerships in providing a comprehensive response to young people's needs.
- The skills needed by professionals and young people to promote successful integration.
The discussions highlighted current challenges and possible solutions, in particular improving information channels on careers and strengthening guidance services.
We would like to extend our warmest gratitude to all the partners present for their commitment and invaluable contribution. Together, we are determined to make this hub a success for all young people in the Pays de la Loire region:
- Nathalie Pinson, La Place des Métiers: “Choosing a career path is a civic act.”
- Lionel Bacon, AIRE 44: “Our words sometimes have no meaning for some young people.”
- François Xavier Lamotte, Conseil de développement 44: Criticism of social networks for their lack of representation of professional realities.
- Céline Meslif, Wood'Up: Proposal for voluntary work for young people.
