On Tuesday, September 24, 2024, Mission Locale Picardie Maritime hosted the second HUB of the Terremplo project. The event brought together key players in the field of professional integration, all determined to develop concrete methodologies and tools to enhance the transversal skills of young people.
Dynamic collaboration
Representatives from All Inclusive , INSTEP Formation , APFE , the Hauts-de-France Chamber of Agriculture , Interfor , Mutuale and MLPM came together to discuss and co-create. The atmosphere was one of creativity and commitment, conducive to the emergence of innovative ideas.
Eight key ideas for the future
Over the course of the day, eight proposals were selected as particularly relevant to our common goal:
1. Creative expression tools : Use of methods such as the Chinese portrait and online tests (Monkey Tie, Skill Scor, MTBTI, Open Badge).
2. Photolanguage: A visual technique to help young people express their skills creatively.
3. Enriched CV: Addition of a section dedicated to personal skills and experience to the traditional CV.
4. Personalized QR Code: Development of a tool enabling young people to present their skills via a video or podcast accessible by QR code.
5. Personalized assessment: Setting up individualized coaching sessions to identify skills and former targeted discussion groups.
6. Passion-based approach: A method based on young people's passions to identify the skills they have developed with a view to a professional project.
7. Alternative CV: Exploring new formats such as audio and video CVs.
8. Presentation workshops: Organization of sessions where young people present their passions, thus developing their communication skills.
